If a loan program presents certain challenges, then every party should be aware of them from the start. Surprises are unavoidable; therefore, it is crucial for everyone to be on the same page from the beginning.
Knowledge is Power
Loan guidelines can sometimes change on a weekly basis. Therefore, I make it a priority to study the guidelines for at least thirty minutes every morning. If there is a way to get a deal done, I will find it!
